Terms of Service
Welcome to the Cloudbreak Closed Test. These Terms are an agreement between you and the Cloudveil Team (“we”, “us”) covering your use of this website and the game Cloudveil (together, the “Service”). Please read them before you register. By checking the box and completing registration, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms in full.
1. About the Closed Test
- The Cloudbreak Closed Test is invitation-only and open to players who hold a test access code. It is free of charge, and no in-game purchases are offered.
- This test is for checking game content and service stability. You may run into bugs, data rollbacks, or maintenance downtime, and game content, balance, and rules may change at any time without individual notice.
- When the test ends, game data created during it — including characters, items, and Jade — may be wiped and will not necessarily carry over to later tests or launch.
- We may pause or end the test at any time and will announce it on this website.
2. Access Codes and Accounts
- Each test access code works once, is for the recipient only, and may not be transferred, sold, or posted publicly.
- Register with an email address you own and can receive mail at. Each email address can hold one account.
- Keep your password to yourself. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you.
- If someone else is using your account, change your password and contact us right away. Changing your password signs your account out on every other device.
3. Code of Conduct
While using the Service, you may not:
- Use cheats, speed hacks, bots, or other unauthorized third-party software, modify the client, or interfere with server operation;
- Exploit bugs for gain or share ways to exploit them (please report any bug you find);
- Buy or sell accounts, characters, items, or Jade for real money or anything else of value;
- Post content that is illegal, sexual, violent, abusive, defamatory, harassing, or that infringes anyone’s rights — including in character names, guild names, chat, and in-game mail;
- Impersonate test staff or other players;
- Otherwise break the law or act against public decency.
Depending on severity, we may issue a warning, mute you, or disable your account.
4. Virtual Items
Jade, items, characters, and other in-game content exist for entertainment within the Service only. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or anything else of value.
5. Intellectual Property
Text, images, music, video, and other content on this website and in the game are protected by law. You may not copy, republish, modify, or use them commercially without the rights holder’s permission.
6. Disclaimers
- The Service is provided as-is for testing. We will do our best to fix outages, interruptions, data loss, or rollbacks, but we are not liable to compensate for them.
- We are not responsible for interruptions or losses caused by force majeure, network failures, or third parties.
- You are responsible for any loss caused by sharing your password or breaking these Terms.
7. Minors
If you are under 18, please read these Terms with a parent or guardian and use the Service only with their consent. Remember to take regular breaks.
8. Changes and Termination
- We may update these Terms. The new version will be posted on this page with an updated version number and effective date. If you disagree with the changes, you may stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account.
- You may stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account.
- We may disable your account if you seriously breach these Terms.
